Best protein for porridge and pancakes
I bought a neutral flavor. It's a great option for increasing the protein in porridge and pancakes and doesn't alter the taste. It dissolves easily and the batter is fluffy.

Soy protein
Very good value for money, it is a much cheaper protein but it fulfills its function in the same way as any other type. I recommend Strawberry or Vanilla which have much more protein, 27 and 26g per serving.

Best value for money
It's much more consistent than a protein concentrate and I don't really like mixing it with yogurt or other foods, but it's perfect for smoothies and the amount of protein per serving is excellent.

My new daily protein
The chai tea with milk flavor is brutal, I loved it. I ordered a single dose of strawberry and I also found it a very successful flavor. It dissolves luxuriously in the shaker and has a very good texture. The sweetness is perfect, nothing cloying. They digest very well.

I really liked the mango and matcha flavor, it's good for those of us who can't drink dairy products and what I like the least is that it makes a lot of foam, so once it's done I leave it for a while to let the foam go away.
