Good vegetable protein.
It is the first time I bought them and they have been quite useful, I ordered them unflavored, and I liked it without adding anything. I have prepared it both with another vegetable drink and with milk and in both cases I dissolved well. I tend to use it both before and after doing a long run, more than 20 km, and I think it helps my recovery. I'm interested in trying other vegetable proteins but I'm sure that on another occasion I will repeat with this soy and some flavor. Good price too.
Es la primera vez que las compraba y me han resultado bastante útiles, las pedí sin sabor, y me ha gustado sin necesidad de añadirle nada. Lo he preparado tanto con otra bebida vegetal como con leche y en ambos casos disolví bien. Suelo utilizarla tanto antes como después de hacer una tirada larga de carrera, mas de 20 Km, y creo que me ayuda a la recuperación. Estoy interesado en probar otras proteínas vegetales pero seguro que en alguna otra ocasión repetiré con esta de soja y algún sabor. Buen precio también.

I take it in a shake with amylopectin and glutamine, I find it a very good option. I take it unflavored because it has much better nutritional values than the rest with 92g of protein per 100g.

Very tasty strawberry flavor, mixes well with yogurt, although you have to add a little water or milk because it is a little denser than other proteins, but I highly recommend it.
