I buy it unflavored to mix it in the preparation of cold desserts since it is quite thick. I usually mix it with some sweet and skimmed cheese as a custard. Also to add more protein to savory dishes

Very good protein, very good solubility. I mix it with water because it is quite pasty but it is pleasant because it looks like a shake. It is true that as some people say it is a bit sandy but I don't dislike it. If you mix it with milk it is even more pasty and it foams a lot.
Muy buena proteína, solubilidad muy buena. Yo la mezclo con agua porque se queda bastante pastosa aunque es agradable porque parece un batido. Si que es verdad que como algunos dicen es un poco arenoso pero no me disgusta. Si lo mezclas con leche aun se queda mas pastoso y sale mucha espuma.
