I take it in a shake with amylopectin and glutamine, I find it a very good option. I take it unflavored because it has much better nutritional values than the rest with 92g of protein per 100g.

Easy to dilute

I really like that it dilutes very easily with any liquid. And it doesn't give me any digestive problems.

Very good product

Very tasty strawberry flavor, mixes well with yogurt, although you have to add a little water or milk because it is a little denser than other proteins, but I highly recommend it.

Worthwhile

I buy it unflavored to mix it in the preparation of cold desserts since it is quite thick. I usually mix it with some sweet and skimmed cheese as a custard. Also to add more protein to savory dishes

Very good protein, very good solubility. I mix it with water because it is quite pasty but it is pleasant because it looks like a shake. It is true that as some people say it is a bit sandy but I don't dislike it. If you mix it with milk it is even more pasty and it foams a lot.
