I have been taking it for a couple of weeks and although it is still early to see results, I can say that the vanilla flavor is very pleasant, both with water and vegetable milk, very comfortable to drink. One of my fears was that my digestive system would not process the vegetable protein well, however, I have not had any problems despite suffering from irritable bowel syndrome.

My old product being out of stock, I had to order elsewhere. So I decided to try this site. I am a vegetarian and I wanted to move towards soy prot, to increase the quantity of my daily protein, I first tried the speculoos because I still had some choc, but I also chose a chocolate sample. What a surprise when I tasted it! Nothing to do with the old brand. It tastes much better and has a much finer texture. I use it in my porridge, it's a killer. On the spot I recommended 4 kilos, with chocolate of course, because I prefer it by far. I haven't tried it in a shaker yet, because I don't make it often. On the other hand, mixed with cottage cheese, it's great! You just have to add some milk or water, because being vegetable prot, there are fibers and they absorb a little bit the liquids. In short, I found my new prot! I really recommend it. However, if you are used to dairy prot, you should know that the texture is different, I find it perfect. I highly recommend it!
Mon ancien produit étant en rupture de stock, j'ai du commander ailleurs. J'ai donc décidé de tester ce site. Je suis végétarienne et je voulais me diriger vers des prot de soja, pour augmenter la quantité de mes protéine quotidienne, j'ai d'abord tenté le spéculoos car il me restais encore du choc, mais j'ai aussi choisi un échantillon au chocolat. Quelle ne fut pas mas surprise lorsque j'ai goûté ! Rien à voir avec l'ancienne marque. Goût bien meilleur et texture bien plus fine. Je le consomme dans mon porridge, c'est une tuerie. Sur le coup j'en ai recommandé 4 kilos, au chocolat bien sur, car je le préfère de loin. J'ai pas encore testé en shaker, car je n'en fait pas souvent. Par contre mélangé à du fromage blanc, c'est top ! Faut juste rajouter un peu de lai ou d'eau, car étant des prot végétal, il y a des fibres et elles absorbent un peu les liquides. Bref, j'ai trouvé ma nouvelle prot ! Je la conseil vraiment. Par contre si vous être habitué à la prot laitière, faut savoir que la texture est différente, Perso je la trouve parfaite. Je recommande vivement !
