I bought it because of the good reviews it had for PCOS. I have only been taking it for a week (and even less than the daily dose because I forget to take it with me for meals) and yet it has improved a lot an acne that I had in the shoulder area a month ago that was very annoying and did not go away, it has disappeared completely, so from here it can only get better! Hopefully it will continue to improve the symptoms and to see if it helps me to regulate the rule with the continuation of the shots. So far I am very happy!
Lo compre por las buenas opiniones que tenia para el SOP. Hace tan solo una semana que lo tomo ( e incluso menos de la dosis diaria porque olvido de llevarlo conmigo para las comidas) y así y todo me ha mejorado muchisimo un acne que tenia en la zona de los hombros hace un mes que era muy molesto y no se iba, pues ha desaparecido por completo, por lo que de aqui solo puede todo ir mejor! Esperemos que siga mejorando los sintomas y a ver si a mi tmb me ayuda a regular la regla con la continuacion de las tomas. De momento Super conforme!

I started taking them because of severe period pains and premenstrual syndrome (although I don't have PCOS). It took me a few months to notice the benefit (something logical), and the truth is that now I am quite happy. The pains have reduced a lot, the sensitivity in my breasts too... that alone is worth it.
Empecé a tomarlas por dolores fuertes de regla y por síndrome premenstrual (aunque no tengo SOP).
He tardado unos meses en notar el beneficio (algo lógico), y la verdad es que ahora estoy bastante contenta. Los dolores se me han reducido bastante, la sensibilidad en el pecho también.. ya solo por eso merece la pena.

I already knew about inositol and had tried it before, but I can't stop recommending it to people with PCOS, I've been having 5 regular periods since I supplemented with it.... It is the best value for money I have found here. The only thing that needs to be improved is the capsules, I have no problems, but other friends have not bought them because of the difficulty in taking them (size).
Ya conocía el inositol y lo había probado antes, pero no puedo dejar de recomendarlo a personas con SOP, llevo 5 reglas regulares desde que me suplemento con el... aquí calidad precio es el mejor que he encontrado. Solo falta mejorar el tema cápsulas, yo no tengo problemas, pero otras amistades no se lo han comprado por la dificultad al tomárselas (tamaño).
