I had high estrogen and it helped me regulate my period and with PCOS. Good product.you can take the two weeks before your period or the whole month.

Very useful
I have PCOS and the truth is that inositol is helping me somewhat in regulating my cycle. Obviously it doesn't work miracles, you have to have a proper diet and so on, but it helps.

Very good product, I have been buying it for years to improve ovulation when I have PCOS. It works great for me because I used to go months without having my period and now I have much more regular periods. It took me about a month to take effect, but each person is different. The pills are not difficult to swallow, although to put a downside, I wish they were a little smaller or the daily amount was concentrated in one capsule.
Muy buen producto, llevo años comprándolo para mejorar la ovulación al tener SOP. Me funciona genial ya que antes pasaba meses sin tener la regla y ahora tengo reglas mucho más regulares. A mi me tardó sobre un mes en hacer efecto, pero cada persona es un mundo.
Las pastillas no son difíciles de tragar, aunque por poner una pega, ojalá fuesen un poquito más pequeñas o viniese concentrada la cantidad diaria en una cápsula.
