Wonderful

I have early onset endometriosis and inositol has helped my period pains and other symptoms like no medication or birth control pill ever has. My period is much less painful, lasts fewer days, I bleed less, have less cramping and less PMS. The capsules are a very convenient format to take, the tablet has no taste.

Tengo principio de endometriosis y el inositol me ha ayudado con los dolores y otros síntomas de la regla como ningún medicamento ni píldora anticonceptiva ha hecho nunca. Mi regla es mucho menos dolorosa, dura menos días, sangro menos, tengo menos cólicos y menos SPM. Las cápsulas es un formato muy cómodo para tomar, el comprimido no tiene ningún sabor.

I bought them because they are inexpensive. I do not have PCOS but I do have ovarian dysfunction and I hope they regulate my cycle. If they work I will buy again and leave feedback.

Excellent product

I have been taking three pills at night (1500 mg per day) for a month and a bit. Together with melatonin it helps me to fall asleep. In addition, I was taking it to reduce premenstrual syndrome and menstrual pain. I can't know if it was a coincidence or not, but the pain of the last period has been considerably less, also the quantity and the premenstrual syndrome. Regarding the cycle, I was already regular but it has been maintained, only with two less days of menstruation (which I am grateful for).

Llevo un mes y algo tomando tres pastillas de noche (1500 mg al día). Junto con la melatonina me ayuda a conciliar el sueño. Además, lo tomaba para disminuir el síndrome premenstrual y dolor de menstruación. No puedo saber si ha sido casualidad o no, pero el dolor de la última regla ha sido considerablemente menor, también la cantidad y el síndrome premenstrual. Respecto al ciclo, yo ya era regular pero se me ha mantenido, lo único que con dos días menos de regla (lo que agradezco).
