Perfect for sop
I started with Inositol powder and wanted to try it in pills. Thanks to Inositol and I no longer suffer from severe belly pains. Even my acne has improved a lot. It says to take it after every meal but I used to forget, I took the 3 shots after breakfast and it's great for me.
