Good product but in my case it has not worked well.
I have PCOS and after researching on various forums I decided to try inositol to regulate my period. The product itself seems to be of good quality, but for me specifically it doesn't work too well, it bloated my tummy a lot and I didn't see any effect on my period after taking it for a couple of months. I still recommend trying it if you have PCOS.

After reading a lot about the subject I decided to stop taking the pill after 10 years on the recommendation of my gynecologist due to PCOS. A raíz de leer mucho sobre el tema me decidí a dejar la píldora después de 10 años tomándola por recomendación de mi ginecólogo por el tema del SOP. Mis ciclos siempre han sido muy irregulares, tengo resistencia a la insulina y he subido mucho de peso. Llevo una semana tomándolo, dos pastillas a la comida y dos a la cena, es muy poco tiempo y no puedo dar una opinión sobre su efectividad(cuando lleve mas tiempo lo hare)pero si que puedo valorar a HSN como tal y todo perfecto tanto la presentación como el envío del producto, sin duda volveré a repetir.
