I have always been a very nervous person and a few months ago I decided to try this magnesium for a couple of reasons, first because bisglycinate is considered one of the best forms and because it helps the nervous system. I must say that my mind works less at bedtime and when I don't take it I notice it. It has become a staple in my routine.

The best I have ever tasted
I had to buy another brand of magnesium bisglycinate because it was out of stock at HSN and gave me intestinal discomfort, which has never happened to me with this one. It may be a little more expensive but it is worth it.
Tuve que comprar otra marca de bisglicinato de magnesio porque estaba sin stock en HSN y me daba molestias intestinales, cosa que no me ha ocurrido nunca con este. Quizá es un poco más caro pero merece la pena.
