Excellent value for money
I have been taking magnesium daily before bedtime for many months now, to try to cover deficiencies and improve rest. I personally find the capsule format more convenient than the powder. I always use the bisglycinate. Excellent value for money at HSN as always.
Llevo ya muchos meses tomando diariamente magnesio antes de acostarme, para tratar de cubrir carencias y mejorar el descanso. A mí personalmente el formato de cápsulas me resulta más práctico que el polvo. Siempre utilizo el bisglicinato. Relación calidad-precio excelente en HSN como siempre.
