Progressive and safe absorption
I always have two types of magnesium at home, bisglycinate and citrate. Bisglycinate is the best absorbed by the body, and citrate ensures a faster absorption, for magnesium deficiencies, but it is not recommended to consume daily for a long time. So I use citrate when I have constipation (and it does not fail) and bisglycinate on a more continuous basis. Excellent value for money.
Siempre tengo en casa dos tipos de magnesio, el bisglicinato y el citrato. El bisglicinato es el que mejor absorbe el cuerpo, y el citrato asegura una absorción más rápida, para deficiencias de magnesio, pero no se recomienda consumir diariamente por mucho tiempo. Así que uso citrato cuando tengo estreñimiento (y no falla) y bisglicinato de manera más continuada. Calidad-precio excelente.
