Helps me rest better

I have been taking it for quite some time and I notice that it helps me rest much better, even though I take only one pill every night instead of the recommended dose of two.

I do sports 5 or 6 days a week, and I feel good recovery. I take it at night for a while before going to sleep, I feel it helps me to slow down. I combine it with other supplements, so I am not sure of its individual effects. On an intestinal level it hasn't given me any problems.
