Useful product to support joint health by means of a good combination of collagen (in this case bovine) and magnesium and vitamin C. It also helps with the appearance of skin and nails. You have to be constant, as its effects are noticeable in the medium to long term. Good dissolution if you do it with warm water at least. Pleasant flavors (in this case watermelon, pineapple and red fruits).

When I went to buy this product I was reluctant to buy it in powder form, as I am very bad for this type of presentation, so I went for the red fruits and very well, to put a downside, it costs me some work to dissolve it completely, I always have a little left, but by pouring a little water, everything is solved. I can't talk about effectiveness yet, because I've been using it for a week and I think it's a bit more long term.
Cuando fui a adquirir éste producto estaba reacia a comprarlo en polvo, ya que soy muy mala para éste tipo de presentación, así que me animé al de frutos rojos y muy bien, por ponerle un pega, me cuesta algo de trabajo disolverlo completamente, siempre me queda un poco , pero que volviendo a echarle un poco de agua, todo resuelto. No puedo hablar aún de efectividad, porque llevo una semana y creo que es un poco más a largo plazo.
