I had been trying to take collagen for quite some time, so I tried several brands and it was very difficult to take it for two reasons: the first is that they were almost impossible to dissolve, you had to heat the water and then mix and even then it was a gelatinous mass not at all pleasant; and the second reason the taste, which was - at least for my taste - totally repellent. In the case of HSN's collagen with magnesium, not only does it dissolve instantly, but it also has a delicious flavor. I have tried both the orange and pineapple ones and I think they are both very good. As for its effectiveness, I have been taking it for about three months and I notice a great improvement, especially with regard to hair loss, besides noticing stronger nails. Totally recommended.
Había intentado tomar colágeno desde hacía bastante tiempo, por lo cual probé varias marcas y era muy difícil tomarlo por dos razones: la primera es que eran casi imposibles de disolver, había que calentar el agua y luego mezclar y aun así quedaba una masa gelatinosa nada agradable; y la segunda razón el sabor, el cual era - por lo menos para mi gusto - totalmente repelente.
En el caso del colágeno con magnesio de HSN, no solo se disuelve de manera instantánea, sino que tiene un sabor delicioso, he probado tanto el de naranja como el de piña y ambos me parecen buenísimos.
En cuanto a su efectividad, llevo cerca de tres meses tomándolo y noto una gran mejoría sobre todo en lo referente a la caída del cabello, además de notar las uñas más más fuertes.
Totalmente recomendado.

When I went to buy this product I was reluctant to buy it in powder form, as I am very bad for this type of presentation, so I went for the red fruits and very well, to put a downside, it costs me some work to dissolve it completely, I always have a little left, but by pouring a little water, everything is solved. I can't talk about effectiveness yet, because I've been using it for a week and I think it's a bit more long term.
Cuando fui a adquirir éste producto estaba reacia a comprarlo en polvo, ya que soy muy mala para éste tipo de presentación, así que me animé al de frutos rojos y muy bien, por ponerle un pega, me cuesta algo de trabajo disolverlo completamente, siempre me queda un poco , pero que volviendo a echarle un poco de agua, todo resuelto. No puedo hablar aún de efectividad, porque llevo una semana y creo que es un poco más a largo plazo.
