I add it to my morning smoothie, where I add a banana, ginger, a medium carrot, cinnamon, protein and spirulina (also from this brand), in addition to this product. It mixes great and in about 20 minutes I feel a high that lasts all morning.

Good for osteoarthritis
I take it for osteoarthritis, since the family doctor tells me that social security has nothing to combat this disease, only anti-inflammatory and painkillers. For me this product has a downside, like most of the products with collagen that HSN has, and that is that it is accompanied by citric acid which is a substance that gives me migraines.

All correct
I have taken other collagens of other brands lemon flavor and I must say that this is the one that I like the most, the flavor is very good and the best of all is the ease of dilution, there are no lumps. When I finish the package I will try other flavors with the orange one. Regarding the effectiveness I have been testing it for 6 days, when riding a bike my knees do not bother me as much as before, although it is too early to tell. I recommend it!
He tomado otros colágenos de otras marcas sabor limón y he de decir que este hasta la fecha de hoy es el que más me ha gustado, el sabor está muy bien me gusta y lo mejor de todo es la facilidad en diluirse no queda grumos.
Cuando acabe el paquete me animaré con otros sabores con el de naranja.
Con respecto a la efectividad lo llevo probando durante 6 días, al montar en bici las rodillas ya no me molestan tanto como antes, aunque es pronto para saber.
Lo recomiendo!
