Das Casein ist ohne jegliche Zusätze, dadurch lässt es sich nicht so gut in Wasser lösen - dafür aber in Milch und schmeckt ganz gut.
Ich könnte mir vorstellen, das Zeug über die nächsten paar Jahre zu trinken, ohne dass es mir zu den Ohren raushängt.

Brutal results
I bought the unflavored casein because of the excellent nutritional values it has. The taste is not that good, so I mix 30 grams of casein with about 5-10 grams of some flavored protein, and I take it before bedtime. The results are brutal, because of the large amount of protein it provides (27 grams of protein in each 30-gram scoop). I highly recommend it for long periods of time when you are not going to eat.
Compré la caseína sin sabor por los excelentes valores nutricionales que tiene. El sabor no es que esté rico, por eso mezclo 30 gr de caseína con unos 5-10 gr de proteína de algún sabor, y me la tomo antes de dormir. Los resultados son brutales, por la gran cantidad de proteínas que te aportan (27 gr de proteínas en cada cazo de 30 gr). La recomiendo bastante para tomar en periodos largos donde no se vaya a comer.

My best discovery
I bought it because a colleague recommended it to me and now it has become my daily staple. I buy the unflavored one so I can add the fruit I want. My work is very physical and requires a lot of energy. Now that I drink a shake every morning I have noticed since the first few days that I am no longer so tired and I have stopped eating impulsively. I recommend it 100%?
Lo compré porque me lo recomendó una compañera y ahora se ha convertido en mi básico cada día. Me compro el que es sin sabor para poder añadirle yo la fruta que quiera. Mi trabajo es muy físico y requiere de mucha energía. Ahora que me tomo un batido cada mañana he podido notar desde los primeros días como ya no estoy tan cansada y he dejado de comer de manera impulsiva. Lo recomiendo al 100%?
