It is the first time I buy this casein and the truth is that I was surprised because despite being casein it dissolves quite well with the shaker. The flavor is not bad even though it is unflavored, it reminds me of milk. I add a bit of pure cocoa powder and it looks great. I use it especially for periods of definition because it is very satiating.

El sabor no está mal aunque sea sin sabor, recuerda a la lecha. Yo le echo un poco de cacao puro en polvo y queda genial.

The protein is good, without any flavor so you can mix it with whatever you want and give it some flavor. I mix it with milk and oatmeal chocolate-white and lemon flavor to give it better flavor. The only thing to improve is the packaging, the zip works very poorly.
