The taste reminds me of ice cream. Much better than whey, I take it alone with unflavored oatmeal. If you leave it creamy it looks like 100% ice cream. Highly recommended

Good taste but poor dissolution
Although I do not doubt its effectiveness, I tried the unflavored casein, and its neutral flavor was even good, but the dissolution was really bad, foaming a lot and making it difficult to drink.
