Good casein
It is the first time I buy this casein and the truth is that I was surprised because despite being casein it dissolves quite well with the shaker. The flavor is not bad even though it is unflavored, it reminds me of milk. I add a bit of pure cocoa powder and it looks great. I use it especially for periods of definition because it is very satiating.
Es la primera vez que compro esta caseina y la verdad es que me ha sorprendido porque a pesar de ser caseina se disuelve bastante bien con el shaker.
El sabor no está mal aunque sea sin sabor, recuerda a la lecha. Yo le echo un poco de cacao puro en polvo y queda genial.
La uso sobre todo para los periodos de definición porque sacia bastante.
