For cooking is fine
To take it in a shake, don't even think about it, it tastes like total medicine. I use it to make cinnamon rolls with a little whey protein and it looks great.
Para tomarla en batido ni lo pienses, tiene sabor a medicamento total.
Ahora en cambio para cocinar, va muy bien, yo la uso para hacer cinnamon rolls con un poco de proteína whey y queda genial.

Indispensable for recovery while you sleep
I use it before bedtime and for recovery from strength training, I combine it with whey, which I take after training. Excellent quality, I love the consistency and the slightly milky taste, sometimes I add pure cocoa from HSN. The dissolution is not too good, although in my case I use glass and spoon, which is not the best. Very good price and quality.
La uso antes de acostarme y para la recuperación de ejercicio de fuerza, la combino con suero, que tomo tras entrenar. Excelente calidad, a mí me encanta la consistencia y el sabor ligeramente a leche, a veces le añado cacao puro de HSN. La disolución no es demasiado buena, aunque en mi caso uso vaso y cuchara, que no es lo más óptimo. Muy buen precio y calidad.

My first experience
It takes longer to prepare due to its neutral taste, for those who don't like the taste of powder with water, but it's totally worth it due to its very good nutritional composition. I didn't find a scoop in my packet, so it takes even longer to prepare... I use it on training days before bed with a little fruit and water.
Demora mais tempo a preparar devido a ter sabor neutro, para quem não gosta sabor de pó com água, mas totalmente compensa devido a muita boa composição nutricional.
No meu embalagem não encontrei scoop dentro da embalagem, devido disso demoro ainda mais tempo em preparar...
Uso nos dias de treino antes de deitar com pouco fruta e agua.

Good protein for recipes. It leaves a fairly dense texture and is very satiating. You have to be brave to take it bareback with water, if you do not add some cocoa or milk, vegetable drink tastes like hell.
