A great option
I take it at night and I notice that it promotes muscle recovery, especially in the hardest workouts that cause stiffness. It dissolves well in everything and I recommend mixing the unflavored variant with milk rather than water. You have to be a little careful when pouring it because the texture and lightness of casein, similar to flour, makes a small amount easily poured.
La tomo por las noches y se nota que que favorece la recuperación muscular, especialmente en los entrenos más duros que provocan agujetas. Se disuelve bien en todo y recomiendo mezclar la variante sin sabor con leche mejor que con agua. Hay que tener un poco de cuidado al echarlo porque, la textura y ligereza de la caseína, similar a la harina, hace que una pequeña cantidad se vierta fácilmente.

I use it before bedtime and for recovery from strength training, I combine it with whey, which I take after training. Excellent quality, I love the consistency and the slightly milky taste, sometimes I add pure cocoa from HSN. The dissolution is not too good, although in my case I use glass and spoon, which is not the best. Very good price and quality.
