para los que preguntan siempre por la medida, siempre se recomienda 30grs, viene con dosificador en la bolsa, hay que buscarlo con una cuchara porque suele venir enterrado entre el polvo, llenarlo a ras, y listo. La bolsa tiene cierre abre facil. el sabor de fresa está estupendo. El de coco-fresa (muestra gratuita de 30grs con el pedido sin eleccion de sabor) a mi no me agrada, siempre se quedan trocitos de fibra de coco entre los dientes. Para gustos colores. Repetiré.
