Good taste

It is the first time I take this type of supplements. I have been advised to take it, I am 60 years old and because of an accident I had to stay in bed for a long time and of course I have lost a lot of muscle mass. I can't say anything about its effects since I'm just starting. The taste is pleasant but for my taste too sweet and for this reason I share it in 2 doses, one at mid-morning and the other as a snack each of 15 g with oat drink and it is super delicious. I hope everything goes well!

Es la primera vez que tomo este tipo de suplementos. Me lo han aconsejado, tengo 60 años y a causa de un accidente tuve que permanecer en cama mucho tiempo y por supuesto he perdido muchísima masa muscular. No puedo decir nada de sus efectos ya que apenas comienzo. El sabor es agradable pero para mí gusto demasiado dulce y por esta razón lo comparto en 2 dosis, una a media mañana y la otra como merienda cada una de 15 g con bebida de avena y está súper delicioso. Espero que todo vaya bien!

Practically, the best protein you can buy quality / price for efficiency. if your digestion is normal, it is not worth spending more money on aisaldos or other brands. I bought the watermelon flavor and is the one that gives more sour candy flavor to my shakes, I love it, and you have to try the white chocolate with coconut if you are sweet flavors, you repeat for sure.

Practicamente, la mejor proteina que puedes comprar calidad/precio por eficiencia. si tus digestiones son normales, no merece la pena gastarte mas dinero en aisaldos ni en otras marcas. he comprado la de sabor watermelon y es la que mas sabor a golosina ácida le da a mis batidos, me encanta, y tienes que probar la de chocolate blanco con coco si eres de sabores dulces, repites seguro.
