Personally I recommend the monohydrate without creapure is cheaper and has the same evidence that creapure, only that creapure gives you the evidence a private company, but as I said, creatine monohydrate is more than proven its effect.

I've been using it for a little while but it helps with recovery from training. Next time I will get it in capsules. I'm not a big fan of powders.
