Better the normal one
Personally I recommend the monohydrate without creapure is cheaper and has the same evidence that creapure, only that creapure gives you the evidence a private company, but as I said, creatine monohydrate is more than proven its effect.
Personalmente recomiendo la monohidrato sin creapure es más barata y tiene la misma evidencia que creapure, solamente que la creapure te da la evidencia una empresa privada, pero lo dicho, la creatina monohidrato está más que evidenciada su efecto.
