Somewhat expensive

Omega 3 supplements in general are expensive and it is difficult to check if they are working. That's why I can't give this supplement any higher marks. I buy it because it is supposed to be essential and I don't eat enough oily fish.

Los suplementos de Omega 3 en general son caros y es difícil comprobar si están haciendo efecto. Por eso no puedo poner más nota a este suplemento. Lo compro porque se supone que es fundamental y yo no consumo suficiente pescado azul.
