A Supplement that should be Indispensable!
I am one of those who think that it is the details that make the difference, and in the case of Omega 3, I am totally in favor. It is important to maintain a positive balance in terms of Omega 3 over Omega 6 and from the diet it is complicated unless you consume large amounts of some fish that contain it or nuts such as walnuts. This is where supplements come into play.... It is a cheap and effective product, has no taste and is very easy to swallow. I would leave as a suggestion that you increase the number of softgels per jar.
Soy de los que pienso que los detalles son los que marcan la diferencia, y en el caso del Omega 3, estoy totalmente a favor. Es importante mantener un balance positivo en cuanto a Omega 3 sobre Omega 6 y a partir de la dieta es complicado a no ser que consumas grandes cantidades de algunos pescados que lo contengan o frutos secos como las nueces. Aquí es donde entra en juego los suplementos... Es un producto barato y eficaz, no tiene sabor alguno y es muy fácil de tragar. Dejaría como propuesta que aumentaseis el número de softgels por bote.
