The format is highly convenient to put in a pill box, I can't say much about their effectiveness as they are supplements with long term effects and very much a function of other factors such as diet, rest and exercise.

It is an excellent product in all aspects, presentation and effectiveness, the only problem it has is that even the 120 pack is not enough since you have to take 3 a day.
