Indispensable supplement
There is no doubt that omega-3s are anti-inflammatory fatty acids that we consume in deficit. Most supplements are very expensive and this one has a value for money that is unbeatable. I take 2/3 capsules a day, it feels great and gives me the daily amount (which I don't reach) in this type of FFA. In addition, I counteract the pro-inflammatory omega-6 of olive oil.
No hay duda que los omega-3 son ácidos grasos antiinflamatorios que consumimos en déficit. La mayoría de los suplementos son muy caros y este tiene una relación calidad-precio que es inmejorable.
Me tomo 2/3 cápsulas al día, me sienta muy bien y me aporta la cantidad diaria (a la que no llego) en este tipo de AG. Además, contrarresto los omega-6 proinflamatorios del aceite de oliva.
