Excellent texture. I mix it in a shake with the quantities on the packet and then pour it into a bowl and heat it up a little in the microwave, it's excellent. Creamy milk has a mild flavor, I like to add cinnamon. Speculous is good. Chocolate and cookies I didn't like.
Textura excelente. Misturo num shake com as quantidades que veem na embalagem e depois passo para uma taça e aqueço um pouco no micro ondas, fica excelente. Leite creme tem um sabor suave gosto de por canela. Speculous é bom. Chocolate e cookies não gostei.

I love it. I take it for breakfast with a scoop of white chocolate protein, and it's amazing. It's filling, but it allows me to train without feeling sick to my stomach. A must in everyday life.

Very good for making porridges
I use it mixed with water for pre-workout because it digests very well and I like it a lot, plus it has a good price, I have tried the vanilla flavor and personally I do not think it is the best, I'll stick with the chocolate chip cookies.

The truth is that I use it for pancakes and put it in my red fruit yogurts, I like the creaminess it leaves but I do not overdo it with the amount of rice cream.
