Simply spectacular
Now that I am in the volume stage, it has become my best ally, it helps me to increase my carbs, easy preparation and better digestion. I take it with raisins, nuts and cinnamon and simply spectacular, so far of all the ones I've tried the maple syrup takes the first place.

Very easy to make and convenient for pre and even post workout. I mix it with protein and it is very good. Tip, do not overdo it with the water or drink you use so that it is like a cream.
