I was surprised
The truth is that I was surprised. I made it yesterday with cold milk, as is, 160ml of milk and two ladles, 30g. Good dissolution, no lumps, and taste (vanilla) pretty good. From today my favorite pre-workout, no doubt.
La verdad es que me ha sorprendido. Lo hice ayer con leche fría, tal cual, 160ml de leche y dos cazos, 30g. Buena disolución, sin grumos, y de sabor (vainilla) bastante bien. Desde hoy mi pre entreno favorito, sin duda.

Incredible texture, not grainy at all, very smooth and thick enough, which is ideal for moments of definition. Very satiating and the cookie flavor is incredible. It is the first time I order this flavor and I liked it very much. It gives what it promises and I totally recommend it.

Good post workout
I bought it unflavored and the truth is that it is very good, I recommend doing it, as it says in the instructions, with hot water because otherwise there are many lumps. The advantage of the unflavored is that you can add whatever you like to flavor it. I use it as a post workout.
La compré sin sabor y la verdad que muy bien, recomiendo hacerlo, como dice en las instrucciones, con agua caliente porque si no quedan muchos grumos. La ventaja del sin sabor es que puedes añadirles lo que más te gusta para darle sabor.

Good, but with room for improvement
I tried the cookie, vanilla, maple syrup, Natillas and chocolate cookie flavors. If you only have a vanilla whey protein powder, the first four flavors all taste the same, with only small differences. Chocolate is excellent. The consistency could be firmer, personally too runny for me even with less water. Recommendation: buy chocolate and vanilla and feel good
Hab die Geschmäcker Kekse, Vanille, Ahornsirup, Natillas und Schokoladenkekse probiert. Wenn man selbst nur ein Vanille Whey Proteinpulver hat, schmecken die ersten vier Geschmäcker, mit nur kleinen unterschieden alle, gleich. Schoko ist dafür hervorragend. Die Konsistenz könnte fester sein, mir persönlich auch mit weniger Wasser zu flüssig. Empfehlung: Schoko und Vanille kaufen und wohlfühlen
