I had never tried creatine and in powder form I knew I would not be able to meet the daily dose, but with the capsules it has been very easy. Yes they are large but for someone who takes pills without a problem it won't cause any havoc to take it.
Nunca había probado la creatina y en polvo sabía que no iba a cumplir con la dosis diaria, en cambio con las cápsulas ha sido muy fácil. Si que son grandes pero para alguien que toma pastillas sin problema no le causará ningún estrago tomarla.
