Gluten Free Recipes

I was waiting for it and now I have it! Once again, HSN listens to its loyal customers hehehe; as a celiac I am always looking for recipes that are suitable for me and of course, I need quality ingredients and that 100x100 do not contain gluten. Although in the description it says that it is ideal for ketogenic diets, it is not my case, but it still has good macros. I have already used other flours, such as almond or chickpea, but this one gives a very good touch of coconut.

¡La estaba esperando y ya la tengo! Una vez más, HSN escucha a sus fieles clientes jejeje; como celíaca siempre estoy indagando recetillas que sean aptas para mi y claro, necesito ingredientes de calidad y que 100x100 no contengan gluten. Aunque en la descripción dice que es ideal para dietas cetogénicas, no es mi caso, pero aun así posee unos buenos macros. Ya he empleado otras harinas, como la del almendra o garbanzo, pero esta le da un toque muy bueno del coco.
