I use it to make sponge cakes, and it yields much more than almond flour or other similar flour, since it absorbs much more liquid. With very little quantity, you can make quite large cakes, I more or less use a proportion of 12 grams of flour for each egg used. It also leaves a pleasant coconut flavor. Ideal if you use coconut-flavored yogurt for the cake.
