I love it
I love coconut and that's why I tried this flour. It is not as fine as the regular or oat flour, but that's what I like the most, the coconut is noticeable. Note, you need more liquid or less flour than regular or oatmeal.

I love hsn's coconut flour.
I use coconut flour on a daily basis, since I use it to make my bread, among other things, because due to my inflammatory bowel disease, I don't eat refined flours. I have tried this one from HSN and I like it very much. I will order it more often.

Hello, this coconut flour is one of the best I've tried. It is not to give coconut flavor, but to use it as a flour or mixed with others in gluten-free baking. It gives a slightly sweet taste (I would not use it in a besamel, for example. Da un sabor un poco dulce (yo no la usaría en una besamel, por ejemplo. Pongo 3 estrellas en presentación porque a mi estas bolsas me resultan incómodas y ocupan mucho sitio pues el contenido muchas veces no llega ni a la mitad.

I do keto and lowcarb diet very often and, although I do not usually make pastries, I do use it to add to yogurts or milk with chia and cinnamon that I drink almost every night. It is difficult to find unsweetened coconut in the usual stores and even more so at this price. I will continue to buy it for sure.
