Spectacular

In my specific case, irritable colon, bloating, and a lot of gas, it has been even better than the medication I have been prescribed. I take it right after the main meal (the most abundant) which is usually at noon.

En mi caso concreto, colon irritable, hinchazón, muchos gases me ha venido mejor incluso que la medicación que tengo recetada. Lo tomo justo después de la comida principal (la más abundante) que suele ser la del mediodía.
