Practical.
When handled, the quality of the compound is noticeable, even when encapsulated, it gives off a minty aroma. After consuming it and then eating a meal you can also notice the typical effects of mint. I have tried it on several days when I was not feeling very well digestively and the symptoms have been alleviated.

Moderate relief for upset stomach
The peppermint, ginger and fennel oil capsules provided moderate relief for my upset stomach. While not a miracle solution, I did notice some improvement in digestion and less bloating.
