Considering that it is a keto product, it is very successful. Obviously it is not the same as a normal flour pancake, but the texture is good, the taste and smell excellent. I bought a 2 kg package and I will repeat. Keep in mind that for each dose (2 scoops of 70ml of product) we ingest 20 grams of protein and make 3-4 small pancakes. I am very happy.
