I have only been using it for a short time, so I can't judge the effectiveness yet. But I like the format and the taste as well. The only thing I have to say is that I don't like that the formulation has sucralose and so many flavorings. I would prefer an unflavored option if those additives could be avoided. Otherwise very good!
Llevo poco tiempo usándolo, no puedo juzgar aún la efectividad. Pero el formato me gusta y el sabor también. Tengo muy buena opinión de este producto. Llevo usandolo 7 meses desde que estoy buscando embarazo y me ayudó a regular mis ciclos mejor que otros productos. El ginecólogo le gustó porq es muy completo con ácido fólico y vitaminas. En solo 3 meses conseguí regular mis ciclos y quedarme embarazada aunque por desgracia tuve un aborto bioquímico y sigo intentandolo. Así que voy a seguir tomandolo..

Thanks to this supplement I have been able to regulate my cycles. I have had polycystic ovary syndrome since I was 16 years old and I wish I had discovered this earlier. Totally recommend it and it does the job. I have tried all the flavors and they are nice.

Better the peach one
I chose the powdered option because I think it is easier than taking 4 capsules a day. I first tried the mango one, and the truth is that it tastes too artificial and sweet, and has an intense smell. I had a hard time taking it for that reason. Now I have bought the peach one and it is much better! It still has an artificial color and aroma, but it is less sweet and intense, it tastes like flavored water.
He escogido la opción en polvo porque pienso que es más fácil que tomarse 4 cápsulas diarias. Primero probé el de mango, y la verdad que tiene un sabor demasiado artificial y dulce, y un olor intenso. Me costaba tomarlo por ese motivo.
Ahora he comprado el de melocotón y muchísimo mejor! Sigue teniendo un color y aroma artificial, pero es menos dulce e intenso, sabe a agua con sabor.

I have been taking this supplement for 6 months and it has been great, the peach flavor is delicious. It has greatly reduced my acne outbreaks and I feel more energetic, and even though I have been taking it for a short time, it has regulated my menstruation quite a bit.

The largest, cheapest and most effective
I was sent ovosicare for PCOS which did nothing for me as I needed more doses of inositol. This one after taking it for 5 months I have really noticed the difference. Now I have regular cycles and the PCOS has reduced quite a bit. The only thing is that the orange flavor makes me nauseous if I don't take it with food. If there were no flavor or something more neutral it would be better. Recommended 100%.
Me enviaron ovosicare para el SOP el cual no me hizo nada ya que necesitaba más dosis de inositol. Éste después de tomarlo durante 5 meses he notado mucho la diferencia. Ahora tengo ciclos regulares el síndrome premenstrual se ha reducido bastante. Lo único es que el sabor naranja ya me genera náuseas si no lo tomo con comida. Si hubiera sin sabor o algo más neutro mejor. Recomendado 100%.
