I do not recommend

I can't wait to finish it and go back to the pill. we all suffer at home every time we have to take it. i don't recommend it in powdered form.

Comentar que es horrible en polvo, no es sin sabor, cómo dice, sabe muy mal. no veo la hora de terminarlo y retomar la pastilla. sufrimos todos en casa cada vez q toca tomarlo. no recomiendo en polvo

Perfect but ...

If you are like me you will need to buy capsules to put it in there, keep this in mind in case it is worth taking it already encapsulated.

Se nota en la recuperación el único pero que le pongo es que el sabor es terrorífico, si eres como yo vas a necesitar comprar capsulas para meterlo ahi, tenlo en cuenta por si compensa cogerlo ya encapsulado

As is almost always the case with hsn, it fulfills its purpose. Although in my case and with experience, I prefer in capsules even though it is not as economical.

Pure powder of magnesium bisglycinate, without taste that I mix with food. Taken 1.5g twice a day, morning and evening. Very well tolerated by my body, no digestive problems, with a better availability for the body because I have much less cramps. The powder format allows for adapted dosages depending on the person and their activity. Very appreciable to have this type of magnesium in pure powder without addition. Pure and quality product that is part of my daily intake. Thanks again to HSN for these pure and high quality powders, also taking into account vegan and vegetarian people... Poudre pur de bisglycinate de magnésium, sans goût que je mélange avec des aliments. Prises 1.5g deux fois/jour matin et soir Très bonne tolérence par mon organisme, aucun trouble digestif, avec une meilleure disponibilité pour l'organisme car j'ai beaucoup moins de crampes. Le format poudre permet des dosages adaptés selon les personnes et leurs activitées. Très appréciable d'avoir ce type de magnésium en poudre pur sans ajout. Produit pur et de qualité qui fait parti de mes prises quatidiennes Merci encore à HSN pour ces poudres pur et de grandes qualité en prenant aussi en compte les personnes végan, végétarienne... HSN que je recommande pour avoir des produits adaptés pour tout type d'activités avec des produits de grandes qualités, tout en incluant le végan, végétarien et la protection de l'environnement pour la sélection des dosettes ou non dans le panier finale.
