I'm not delicate to flavors but this magnesium I am not able to take it only with water, effective is because I notice it in the muscles, less pain or less intense but you have to drink it with a flavored drink, juice or protein shake. The dosage is difficult to measure because it is 1/3 of the doser per serving.
No soy delicado para los sabores pero este magnesio no soy capaz de tomármelo solo con agua, efectivo es porque lo noto en la musculatura, menos dolores o menos intensos pero hay que beberlo con alguna bebida con sabor, zumo o batido de proteínas. La dosificación es difícil de medir porque es 1/3 del dosificador por toma.
