Hair loss
I have been taking it for almost two months and it has reduced my hair loss quite a bit, and I have a lot of new hair growth. The capsules have no taste and are easy to swallow.

I bought it for my girlfriend and she has noticed that her hair falls out less and her nails are stronger. As for her skin under the sun, she hasn't noticed much difference.

I am taking one daily (instead of two) because I also take collagen with magnesium and vitamin C and I don't see the need to take two. My nails are stronger than ever, my hair has stopped breaking so much and my skin is starting to feel smoother too. I am very happy with the product.
