It does what it promises. I took one bottle and really noticed a difference in my hair. Of course, it doesn't work miracles, but what supplement does! I was very satisfied.

Allegedly effective
I started using it because I had a haircut to get my hair healthy and I wanted it to grow fast and strong. I used the whole bottle and the hair grew, but at a normal rate and not particularly strong, so I would not know if it works and meets the description. I guess anyone who can should buy bottles continuously and evaluate.
Lo empecé a usar porque me corté el pelo para sanear y quise que creciera rápido y fuerte. Usé el bote entero y el pelo creció, pero a un ritmo normal y no especialmente fuerte, así que no sabría si decir si funciona y cumple con la descripción. Supongo que quien pueda debería comprar botes continuamente y valorar.

I took it because I was a little desperate in a time of stress with hair loss. You have to be realistic and it's not a supplement that works miracles, maybe it didn't benefit me as much as I expected but it didn't do me wrong either.
Lo tomé porque estaba un poco desesperada en una época de estrés con la caída del pelo. Hay que ser realista y tampoco es un suplemento que haga milagros, quizá no me benefició tanto como esperaba pero tampoco me hizo mal.

It helps to some extent to thicken the hair. However, it doesn't work miracles and you will start getting new hairs where there aren't any, at least in my case.

Great for hair and nail care
After 4 weeks of taking the supplement I started to see the results: my hair was falling out much less and my nails were not breaking. Be careful not to leave the capsule in your mouth for too long because it tastes funny!
