It has improved 100% a pain I had in my nails that I could not mitigate with any cream. I haven't noticed any difference on my skin yet, because I haven't finished the first bottle and it needs more time.

Good value for money product
It is a simple capsule to take, it is not an unpleasant taste. I read very good reviews and bought it for it to strengthen the hair mainly and improve the skin. I've only been taking it for a week so I haven't seen results but it looks good.

Slow but effective
All these products are slow as they are natural and you have to be patient. I have been taking it for more than seven months now and the effects are great. My hair is fuller, my nails are much stronger and my skin is more luminous. The people I have recommended it to are just as happy and surprised with the results.
