More comfortable than a pre-workout but with caution.
The recommended dose is 2 pills, I take one 15/20 min before training, I come from taking pre-workout (evo rdx) and these pills are the divine papaya or at least for me, it warms up my whole body, gives enough resistance and cheaper, very good product, but I recommend testing, the phrase not for beginners is 100% real, if you are not used to caffeine and the effect of a pre-workout, it gives you even tachycardias.
La dosis recomendada son 2 pastillas, yo tomo una 15/20 min antes de entrenar, vengo de tomar preentreno (evo rdx) y estas pastillas son la divina papaya o por lo menos para mi, me calienta todo el cuerpo, da bastante resistencia y mas barato, muy buen producto, pero recomiendo ir probando, la frase 'not for beginers' es 100% real, si no estas acostumbrado a la cafeina y al efecto de un preentreno, lo mismo te da hasta taquicardias
