I take them before training , both running or strength ..when I do not train at lunch or breakfast , I divide the shots according to the day , do not take 2 before training , in my case it accelerates me so much that it blocks me ,( makes me the opposite effect ) 1 is perfect , I notice results , always as full of aids not miraculous , diet and exercise the fundamental
Las tomo antes del entrenamiento , tanto running o fuerza ..cuando no entreno en el almuerzo o desayuno , divido las tomas según el día , no tomar 2 antes del entrenamiento , en mi caso me acelera tanto que me bloquea ,( me hace el efecto contrario ) 1 es perfecta , noto resultados , siempre como completos de ayudas no milagrosos , dieta y ejercicio lo fundamental

I use it as a pre-workout and I take the two capsules about 30-40min before the days I have more intense workouts such as leg workouts or heavy cardio day. They work great and I haven't noticed any weird symptoms like with other pre-workouts that gave me a bad feeling in my stomach.
