Effective as hell
I've been taking them for about half a year now with my controlled breaks. I already had a mild tolerance to caffeine, so generally that initial energy rush you may not get if that's the case for you as well. But you definitely notice the 400mg of caffeine throughout the day, a lot. As a pre-workout a marvel, beware of taking it too soon before training, heartburn and more if it is fasting, soft but annoying. Do not expect wonders, the energy is noticeable but after all it is slow release. From the 2nd pill onwards it is more noticeable. Regarding fat burning, if you have a very high daily rhythm I assure you that yes, it is perfect if you are moving all day. You can lose a lot of weight, its help is noticeable. A must have if you don't drink coffee and prefer something quick and simple that helps you burn fat.
Llevo tomándolas cerca de medio año con mis pausas controladas. Yo ya tenía una tolerancia ligera a la cafeína, así que por lo general ese subidón de energía inicial puede que no te lo dé si también es tu caso. Pero definitivamente se notan los 400mg de cafeína a lo largo del día, muchisimo.
Como preentreno una maravilla, cuidado con tomarlo muy pronto antes del entreno, ardor de estómago y más si es en ayunas, suave pero molesta. No esperes maravillas, la energía se nota pero al fin y al cabo es de liberación lenta. A partir de la 2a pastilla se nota más.
Respecto a la quema de grasas, si tienes un ritmo muy elevado a diario te aseguro que sí, es perfecto si estás todo el día moviéndote. Puedes llegar a perder mucho peso, se nota su ayuda.
Un must have si no tomas café y prefieres algo rápido y sencillo que encima te ayuda a quemar.

Son cápsulas algo grandes en comparación a otros productos. Se nota mucho y es fuerte, si no entrenas, toma solo una cápsula, porque te dolerá la cabeza de lo fuerte que es. Así que mejor dejarlo para los días de entrenamiento!
