After some time taking this supplement, I have to say that I am very happy with this supplement, I am in definition and it has been quite good for me. I have taken a muscle tone and a point that I had not achieved for a long time, I see it as a great help as long as the bases of the pyramid (training, diet, ...) are met. He cogido un tono muscular y un punto que hacía tiempo que no conseguía, lo veo como una gran ayuda siempre que se cumplan las bases de la pirámide (entreno, dieta,...).
